Philippa Whitfield Pomeranz is an Executive producer, Director and Author of generation next content. Philippa has created two hit series for NBC Universal, Fashion Bloggers, (their first local commission) which has been aired around the world on E! and Style Squad, a best friend make-over show with heart.
Sydney-based, she has a great connection with Los Angeles where she graduated with honours from USC film school. Co-founder/director of Core3 Entertainment, a Film and Television development and production company based at Fox Studios, Sydney, Australia with production relationships around the world.
Remaining in Los Angeles for thirteen years, Philippa helped create, produce and direct American television series and specials for the networks NBC, UPN, Lifetime, Showtime, Fine Living, Style and E! Entertainment Television. Philippa has teamed up with television personality Kristin Cavallari to create and develop non-scripted programming. She has had television shows piloted in the US with Oxygen, VH1, Style Network, WE TV and in shows in development with Fremantle, Dick Clark Productions, DiGa Vision, Giant Pirates, Cinestar Pictures, Shed Media and Lions Gate.
Philippa has co-written Let’s Eat: A cookbook celebrating Film, Food and Family, with her mother-in-law, Margaret Pomeranz. Published by Harper Collins. Currently, Philippa is continually creating content for her children’s book series “UMBRELLA GIRLS”, of which she is the co-creator and co-writer. This book series empowers young girls around the world to let their true colours shine and is being developed into both a short form animated series and feature film.
Philippa is currently is in the USA in preproduction for her latest television series, Momfluencers, commissioned by Awestruck, which will be aired June 2017 and Fashion Bloggers Middle East, which is set to start shooting in Dubai, September 2017.
