Lola Berry releases new ‘Happy Life’ cookbook and will appear on Studio 10 and The Morning Show

This beautiful, honest book is nutritionist Lola Berry’s achievable guide to overall happiness, and it all starts with what we put on our plates. The Happy Life features more than 60 delicious wholefood recipes as well as practical advice on how to maintain optimum health across all areas of your life – whether that’s eating well and maintaining exercise regimens while travelling, navigating love and relationships, or actively incorporating more mindfulness into your day. All recipes are gluten-free, with very little dairy and no refined sugar.

Lola will be appearing on Channel 10’s Studio 10 Monday 8 February at 9.00am where she will be cooking up two delicious recipes from her The Happy Life book as well as on Channel 7’s The Morning Show on Tuesday 9 February at 10.40am whipping up some delightful pancakes for Pancake Day!
