Founder of Nutritional Edge, Zoe Bingley-Pullin, has long been passionate about the food in our lives. A nutritionist (Diploma of Nutrition, Sydney) and internationally trained chef (Le Cordon Bleu School, London), Zoe helps people embrace the benefits of food through education and understanding.
Zoe is an established media personality across television, print, radio and digital. Zoe was co-host of Good Chef Bad Chef (Network Ten) from 2013-2017 across 5 seasons, and in 2017 became a segment host for House of Wellness, Seven Network’s brand new health show sponsored by retail giant chemist Warehouse. In 2018 Zoe expanded her role with House of Wellness and is a co-host on the weekly radio program of the same name (Macquarie Media). Zoe’s expertise and presenting skills are highly sought after and she has makes regular appearances on Network Ten’s Studio 10.
Bringing her wealth of food knowledge, Zoe works closely with Only About Children, Woolworths, Thompson’s, and recently completed a 4 part podcast series with Danone Nutricia. Zoe has worked previously with Vitasoy across their non-dairy ranges, Rafferty’s Garden across recipe development, as head Nutritionist for My Food Bag providing nutritious recipes and advice, as well as across digital campaigns with SunRice and Kenwood.
Life Education and the Pretty Foundation are two not-for-profit organisations Zoe feels passionate about supporting and lending her media profile to. Empowering Aussie kids for a healthier start to life and in particular getting young girls to develop a healthy relationship with food is extremely important to Zoe.
Discussing the benefits of leading a healthy lifestyle through writing is one thing Zoe is extremely passionate about. She is the author of Eat Taste Nourish (New Holland), a practical book focusing on functional nutrition and how to create delicious and healthy food in simple ways. Zoe is also a regular contributor to national publications such as The Huffington Post, Sporteluxe, Body and Soul Online, Women’s Health, Rescu and www.kidspot.com.au. September 2016 saw the launch of Zoe’s latest book, Falling In Love With Food, and continues with the monthly program of the same name.
Zoe is an experienced speaker and recently presented at the EduTech conference held in Sydney, helping businesses tailor their workplaces to be healthier environments for their staff and educating schools on healthy canteen options for kids.
Zoe is a highly sought after expert for speaking, cooking demonstrations and nutrition consulting. She lives in Sydney with her husband, Michael, and their young daughter, Emily.
