Lauren Miller Cilento

Lauren Miller Cilento is the CEO of the Harry M Miller Group. She joined the company from Sydney University in 1997, starting as the Receptionist, then part time as Client Management Assistant whilst she completed later studies, then 5 years as a Senior Agent. Lauren has an Advanced Diploma of Business (Marketing). She is responsible for the day to day operations of the company and her primary projects include driving the Harry M Miller Group's new business opportunities including the move into Branded Entertainment and overseeing the long term development of the company’s Celebrity Clients. Lauren joined the Salvation Army Media Advisory Board in 2008 after four years with the Young Garvan Committee.

Therasa Jazowy

Therasa Jazowy

Therasa is Executive Assistant to Harry M Miller and Lauren Miller Cilento and is the primary contact for all new requests to the Harry M Miller Group for Celebrity Management and Crisis Media Management. She has several years experience in the media and entertainment industry and has previously worked at the Nine Network, Free TV Australia, Sony Pictures Television International (London) and at Fox Kids Europe (London).

Lucie Gavel

Lucie Gavel

Lucie is a Senior Agent in Client Management. She has an Advanced Diploma of Business (Marketing and PR) and has completed a Bachelor of Business Management in Tourism at the University of Technology, Sydney. She worked with Tourism New South Wales in their Communications Unit before joining the Harry M Miller Group in 2004. Lucie is responsible for the day to day and strategic management for various high profile Celebrity Clients and also works in the Crisis Media Management area.

Sacha Gratton

Sacha Gratton

Sacha is a Senior Agent in Client Management and works across the company’s four key business areas. She is a key driver of the Big Brother project and the Speakers Boutique as well as managing a number of our Celebrity Clients. Sacha has a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of New England and before joining the Harry M Miller Group she was living in the United States of America, working directly for the Director Emeritus of Classic Art, Dr. Cornelius C Vermeule III, at the Boston Museum of Fine Art.

Clint Salter

Clint Salter

Clint is an Agent in Client Management as well as the Big Brother Coordinator which involves working on a day to day basis across various aspects of our Celebrity Clients the Big Brother project. He is also part of the creative and management team in Miller Creative Entertainment. Previously, Clint was the co owner of Born With It Studios, a dance studio in Sydney’s western suburbs where he taught and managed a studio of 150 students. In addition to running Born With It Studios Clint was one of the Marketing Coordinators for LeisureCo, a company that manages InShape Health Club, Swimways Swim School and a number of Aquatic Centres in Australia and New Zealand. In 2007 Clint completed a Diploma of Business Marketing – Majoring in Entertainment & Artist Management at APM Training Institute where he was awarded Dux of his class.

Paul Mattock is the Financial Controller of the Harry M Miller Group. Paul has considerable experience in the financial management of the entertainment industry and came to our company after eight years with The Harbour Agency and Frontier Touring.

Alana Cunningham

Alana Cunningham

Alana is Harry M Miller Group’s "Director of First Impressions" and assists across the Client Management and Administration areas of the company. Alana graduated from APM Training Institute in 2006 with a Diploma in business marketing majoring in entertainment. Previously Alana worked in the natural health industry running her own Remedial Massage business.
