Lauren Miller Cilento is the CEO of the Harry M Miller Group. She joined the company from Sydney University in 1997, starting as the Receptionist, then part time as Client Management Assistant whilst she completed later studies. After 5 years as a Senior Agent she was appointed CEO in 2007 under then Chairman and father, Harry M Miller. In 2010 Lauren took over ownership of HMMG under a new structure, managed an innovation shift, an office move and a reinvigorated offering as a Creative Management Agency. The move to Fox Studios further ignited the company's established interests in the sale of film and television rights, as well as continuing to leverage emerging, high profile and literary clients. Lauren is a member of the Salvation Army Media Advisory Board, is on the board of Best Buddies Australia was previously Chair of Brain Cancer Action for the NSW Cancer Council and Chair of Young Garvan for the Garvan Institute.
With a long history of film and television production and an advertising agency background, musician and producer Josh Cilento heads up Miller Cilento Entertainment. Developing talent driven concepts and new media opportunities for the clients of the Harry M Miller Group.
Therasa is a Senior Agent within our Client Management Team working across a number of different clients and projects with a particular interest in rights management for book and film projects. She is also the primary contact for all new requests to the Harry M Miller Group for Celebrity Management and Crisis Media Management. Therasa has more than seven years experience in the media and entertainment industry and has previously worked at the Nine Network, Free TV Australia, Sony Pictures Television International (London) and at Fox Kids Europe (London).
Jenni is the Financial Controller of HMMG. Jenni has considerable experience in the theatrical industry and comes to our company after working as the Production Accountant for Dirty Dancing Worldwide.
Christine is the Office Manager & Agent's Assistant. On a day to day basis Christine is responsible for providing administrative support to the HMMG team as well as working across various aspects for our Celebrity Clients. Christine has worked in media for a number of years and has previously worked at Freehand Productions and Foxtel.
